Located in a small and secluded village with excellent access to the main highways to explore all Tenerife has to offer: beautiful wild beaches, breathtaking hiking trails and the culture and cuisine of the capital city just a short drive away. The apartment has an open-plan living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar, a private double bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a sunny terrace. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN The open-plan living room and kitchen are the ideal spaces to relax, cook lovely meals with local produce, and enjoy the view of the ocean below. There’s a two-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, and a TV with Chromecast and HDMI cable so you can watch movies and your favourite series when not out exploring. A breakfast bar separates the living room from the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater, including: • Oven and ceramic hob • Dishwasher • Fridge freezer • Kettle • Nespresso coffee machine & Italian percolator • Toaster • Microwave • Washing machine (outside) • Glasses • Cutlery • Pots and pans. BEDROOM Imagine laying in bed with an uninterrupted view of the Atlantic Ocean, the sun streaming in through the window, and a light ocean breeze on your feet… Small but perfectly formed bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), built-in wardrobes to store your personal belongings, and near wall-to-wall windows that open completely. There are also room-darkening blinds for holiday lay-ins or afternoon siestas. BATHROOM Walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and space to store your toiletries. You won't need much else with the ocean in front to cool off in. OUTSIDE SPACE The terrace is ideal for dining and sunbathing, with a table and chairs, an awning for when you want a break from the sun, two sunloungers, and a coal BBQ. With its spectacular south-easterly aspect, you can watch incredible sunrises from the terrace and enjoy the sunshine all day long. Once the sun goes down, eat dinner on the terrace under a blanket of stars with the magical sound of the ocean. Depending on the tide, you can swim, paddle and snorkel on the secluded rocky beach with rock pools directly below the apartment. Guest access La Casita is completely private and independent. You'll also have access to a rocky beach that is ideal for snorkelling, swimming and paddling in the rock pool just below (depending on the tide). The location is quite isolated, being in a small fishing village, but the natural beauty and proximity to the ocean more than compensate for it if you don't mind a short drive to the supermarket. Access to the main highway is just 7 minutes by car. Other things to note CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. For check-in, we'll give you a code to the lockbox that contains the keys so can arrive any time after 3 pm and check yourself in. ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly request all guests to submit their ID prior to arrival. TOWELS, LINEN AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING La Casita is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard. We pride ourselves on this. We provide all bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 beach towel per guest and 1 hand towel for the bathroom. To request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please send us a message. MID-STAY CLEANING Mid-stay cleaning is available at €20 an hour (minimum 2 hours). Send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you. PARKING On-street public parking is available for free. FAMILIES We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you. PETS We welcome small pets upon request only. There is an additional pet fee of €40 per pet, per stay. Send us a message if you wish to bring your pet.
