Large room with chestnut-beam ceiling on the ground floor of the Casa Colonica near the Isola del Benessere with a shared living room with Room 5 and a private terrace where you can relax under the pergola and admire the olive grove and the Chianti hills. The space An ideal environment in which to enjoy the tastes and aromas of Tuscany in peace. The room has a double bed and its own private bathroom. In addition, you can use a kitchen shared with another room. Each accommodation is equipped with bed linens and bath linens, but these cannot be used to access the outdoor pools, relaxation area, wellness island and cave. Instead, you can rent towels and/or bathrobes from us. For each towel borrowed, a €15.00 deposit will be required and, upon its return, €11.00 will be returned to the guest. For each bathrobe borrowed, a €20.00 deposit will be required and, upon return, €14.00 will be returned to the guest. To access the Relaxation Area and the Wellness Island, you must have a towel/bathrobe per person that can be rented from us or owned by the guest. Instead, to access the Grotto, two towels/one towel and one bathrobe per person are required, which can be rented from us or can be owned by the guest. Every morning our staff will arrange the room. A buffet breakfast is served daily on the restaurant's rooftop terrace from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., but some time variations are possible upon request - included in the stay. Two outdoor panoramic swimming pools open in summer from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shared with other guests - included in the stay. The Relaxation Area/SPA includes a panoramic infinity pool, a hot tub and a sun terrace. The Wellness Island, on the other hand, includes an outdoor Jacuzzi near the olive grove. Finally, the Grotto includes a Finnish sauna or biosauna, a sensory shower and a Jacuzzi hot tub. Exclusive use for 1 hour a day only by reservation at the time of check-in of one of the three Wellness Areas - included in the stay. To book your moment of relaxation in the Wellness Areas, you can email us two days before your arrival or you can request it during your check-in. The Enoteca Villa di Sotto Restaurant is open daily from 12:30 p.m. with continuous hours until evening and has a large panoramic terrace with views as far as the eye can see of Chianti and Siena. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu with typical Tuscan cuisine so that each guest can choose what and how much to eat every day, without any obligation for a full meal. Reservations for lunch and/or dinner are not mandatory, but are strongly recommended as we also host non-Bed and Breakfast customers. Tuscan cooking classes: You can learn how to make appetizers, first courses and desserts from typical Tuscan recipes, with seasonal products.
