The Burgundian Stage (near Beaune and Chalon)

In the heart of Burgundy, halfway between Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône, "L'Étape Bourguignonne" will be your residence for spending your holidays in the countryside. Our renovated house is located in a peaceful village, in the immediate vicinity of the Doubs River and the EuroVelo 6 (European cycle route). 4 km away, in Verdun-Ciel, you will find restaurants and all the necessary shops. Welcome to the land of the three rivers! The space “L'Étape Bourguignonne,” with a floor area of 80 m², consists of an open-plan kitchen/living room of 40 m², including a new, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, electric coffee maker, kettle, etc., and a living room area with a TV and a sofa. The bathroom, with a vanity unit and shower, features an electric heated towel rail and a separate toilet. "L'Étape Bourguignonne" has 2 bedrooms with wardrobe and dresser. A terrace and a private garden of 130 m² will allow you to have lunch outdoors and enjoy beautiful days with your family, as a couple, or with friends! (in season). Fishing friends, you can park your boat in the courtyard! Boat launch nearby. Please note that the house does not have Wi-Fi; the Orange network does not have service. Other things to note Cleaning: dishes must be done and put away, the accommodation must be returned tidy and clean (vacuum cleaner, utensils and cleaning products available), garbage cans emptied. A check for 50 euros is to be given on arrival in case of non-cleaning. To be provided: sheets, duvet covers, bath towels or otherwise possibility to rent! (10 euros per person for sheets, 5 euros per person for bath towels).
