Garden Apartment

The apartment, the house and their gardens are charming. The neighborhood is inviting, it is a park in and of itself with formal parks, running trails, a riverwalk, bike trails and the expansive offerings of the University and a vibrant community beyond. The Garden Apartment place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and some families (two large rooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed). Please carefully review the details provided. The space The Garden Apartment has two parking spaces off the street, 15' from it's private entrance. The entire Fairmont neighborhood is in the Mathue Knight Arena and Hayward Field protected parking zone and street parking is difficult. There are three parks within easy walking distance. Hendricks Park has a renown Rhodedendron Garden and extensive trails rising through deep forest to beautiful views of the valley, rivers and peaks beyond. Guest access Guests will have access to the drivway, lower garden and their rooms (see photos and drawings). Other things to note The Garden Apartment is on the edge of the University of Oregon.
