Byre Cottage offers a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, two tranquil bedrooms, and a private courtyard. Ideally located on the edge of quaint village of Lympstone, within easy reach of Exmouth’s golden sands and the historic cathedral city of Exeter. The space Inside the property you will find: Spacious open-plan lounge/dining area with cosy seating for four, Smart TV, Radio. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine) Double bedroom with TV, plus a twin room with flexible sleeping arrangements Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, plus an additional WC Small courtyard with bistro table – ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine. Guests are welcome to wander into our wild meadow to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Guest access Byre Cottage is a separate barn conversion directly opposite The Old Dairy B&B where we live. Guests have the entire cottage space with their own private entrance and a private parking space in front of the property. We live on site and are happy to welcome you in person on arrival, or we can arrange to leave the keys for a self-check-in if you prefer. Other things to note Byre Cottage is set back from the main road at the end of a long driveway, giving you peace and privacy while still being close to the village. There may be a little traffic noise if windows are open, but it’s generally very quiet at night. It’s just a short stroll or cycle into Lympstone with its pubs, cafés, and harbour. Do take care on a short stretch of road without a pavement if walking with children. The village is well lit and has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere.
