The living room has a large window overlooking the sea and the garden and has a sofa bed for one or two people and a smart TV. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need to cook, including a dishwasher. From the living room you can access the balcony, where you can have breakfast looking at the sea, read while listening to the song of the birds or have a glass of wine at sunset. The apartment is located in a very quiet urbanization with beautiful green areas and a swimming pool. At the same time, it is very close to good restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks, which you can walk to. Guest access The urbanization has a beautiful swimming pool for adults and children open all year and green areas with trees and flowers where you can walk and sunbathe. Parking is outside the urbanization, but you can easily park at the door and it is a very safe and controlled area.
