Beautiful apartment near Munich and Erding on a farm

Finally available again! Beautiful new apartment, about 90 square meters at the farm. Everything is easily accessible by car, 8 min. to the highway, 25 min to Therme Erding, 25 min to Munich. Also ideal for a trip to the wildlife park, Allianz Arena, Lake Chiemsee, the mountains or BayernPark. The bus stop (MVV line 470) for the direct service to Munich – Max-Weber-Platz is 200 metres away. There is a lot of space on the farm, there are animals (dog, cat, horse, beef). Of course, there is free Wi-Fi. The space The vacation rental is located in the attic (2nd floor). We offer two large bedrooms with wardrobes. A baby cot ( 70 x 140 cm) can be supplied, please request. All skylights can be darkened with electric blinds. There is a lovingly designed dining area, a new, very well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy living area with 2 sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and a TV. Games and books are available. The large bathroom has a bath tub, shower and there is a washing machine for free use. There is plenty of space on the farm, children are of course welcome. Visits are allowed within the normal framework, please let us know in advance. Other things to note We ask that you keep the apartment clean. The garbage must be separated and the skylights must be closed when leaving the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
