Finally available again! Beautiful new apartment, about 90 square meters on the farm. Everything is easily accessible by car, 8 minutes to the highway, 25 minutes to the Erding spa, 25 minutes to Munich. Also ideal for a trip to the wildlife park, AllianzArena, Chiemsee, mountains, BayernPark. 200 m away is the bus stop RVO 9410 directly to Munich - MaxWeberPlatz. There is plenty of space on the farm. There are animals (dog, cat, horse, cattle). Of course, there is free Wi-Fi. The space The vacation apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor). We offer two large bedrooms with wardrobes. A baby cot (70 x 140 cm) can be provided, please inquire. All skylights can be darkened with electric roller blinds. There is a lovingly designed dining area, a new very well equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with 2 sofas (one of which is pull-out) with TV. Games and books are provided. The large bathroom has a bathtub, shower and there is a washing machine for free use. There is plenty of space in the courtyard, children are of course welcome. Visits are allowed within the normal limits, please let us know in advance. Other things to note We ask that you keep the apartment clean. The garbage must be separated and the skylights must be closed when leaving the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
