This home is my own personal treasure decorated with love. Perfect location for travelers interested in a well-rounded NYC get away where both country and city can be found within a 30 min away. House is situated in a very unique area overlooking private brook and surrounded by trees which affords plenty of privacy and a great for wild life enthusiasts. Many shopping Malls including Wood berry commons, Bear mountain, 7 lakes and Greenwood Lake are nearby. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. The space You can enjoy salt water pool and built-in BBQ on 3000 sq. feet deck overlooking the brook. Share some stories by the Fire pit on the back yard or by custom built Fireplace. High speed Wi-Fi, pool table and movie theater can provide in door entertainment. - Special accommodations available for commercial shoots including for film sets, commercials, or advertising. Guest access All guests must be registered prior check-in, NO exceptions (Read check-in procedures listed under House Rules for details). After registration is completed, you will receive a code to the house. Early check-in and late check out available only when agreed with the owner in advance. Other things to note There is a built-in gas BBQ station, fire pit and an outdoor salt water pool. Pool is open from May thru Oct based on weather condition, but not heated. The property is smoke free and any type of pets are NOT allowed.
