The space You will have use of the second floor of a Cape Cod style single family home, a space of about 350 square feet. The bathroom is ensuite and private. The unit is a pet free, smoke free space, very clean, modern and bright. There is one queen bed on one side of the suite and one loveseat sofabed on the other side, providing a small amount of privacy between the two. The ensuite bathroom is between those two spaces. You will enter through the home's front door and briefly into the host’s living space before going up the stairs to the second floor unit. Though not a private entrance, it is an entrance used only for the unit, and eliminates the need to walk through the house. Please note: Due to the vintage of the house, the stairs are a bit steep for anyone with difficulty with stairs. There is a handrail. Please use it with caution! Guest access Off street parking for up to two cars. You may enjoy the yard and tree swing in the warm weather months. Advance notice requested if you have two cars. During your stay I enjoy interacting with guests but let you take the lead. I am easily available by text, email and phone.
