The space The house consists of 2 rooms including a beautiful bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a well-equipped kitchen living room with a sofa bed with drawer for 2 separate beds. In the bathroom there is a well-arranged 80 cm shower tray, a sink on a cabinet and the toilet. A window (see photos) and a CMV ensure good ventilation in a healthy and well-lit place. The garden was renovated in spring 2021 for a nice friendly space and barbecue. Other things to note Upon arrival, we sign a small contract with payment of a security deposit of €300, returned upon your departure. Cleaning must be done well, a withholding of €30 may be requested or withheld from the deposit if this is not the case. In addition, an end-of-stay cleaning service is available upon request for €30; it costs €40 if you bring well-behaved pets. Bed linen, mattress protectors and towels are not available. The pillows are 45 x 70, the double duvet in 220 x 240 and the 2 single duvets in 140 x 200. 2 blankets are also available. In July and August, the rental is only from Saturday to Saturday, water and electricity consumption together, on meter readings at the supplier rate on the date of the stay, are free up to 25 euros per week for July August and payable after 25 euros of consumption. Note that I have not yet had vacationers in the summer who have consumed more than €25 per week. From September to June, water and electricity consumption according to meter readings at the supplier rate are to be paid in full at the end of the stay. In September, the rental is only from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum rental is 7 days during the holidays during the year.
