The space By booking the entire space, you will have the entire first floor of the villa (about 120 square meters), reserved exclusively for guests. The floor includes 4 bedrooms (1 single, 2 double and 1 triple), all with private bathrooms, as well as a shared living area with a kitchen. Each room has a private balcony, where smoking is allowed (prohibited inside). The beds are standard single beds and can be joined to form a double bed, except for the single room. Upon advance request, a cot or camping cot can be added for children up to 2 years of age, with linen included (€10 per stay). The floor was partially renovated in 2025, with sound insulation between the kitchen and the bedrooms. All bathrooms are windowed.
