Sandy Toes in Braunton now has a cosy living room

This is a spacious, super clean, modern, beachy annexe with a cosy tv room, a luxurious King size bedroom and a large ensuite shower. It is very quiet and linked to our home but has its own front door and car space. We live in a peaceful part of Braunton, 2 minutes walk from wonderful cafes and restaurants as well as a Co-op. 10 minutes drive away are the glorious beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe! Ideal for singles/couples wanting quiet and space, golfers, cyclists, walkers and surfers! The space Sandy Toes is off the highway at the back of our property, so very quiet and not overlooked by other properties. Private parking in front of Sandy Toes means you can keep an eye on your car. Everything is on one level so ideal if you don't want to climb steps. Our cat Louie uses the corridor at night - he is very friendly and is not allowed into Sandy Toes. The shower is big enough for two - a real treat after a surf. There’s space to hang your wetsuits outside and a tap to rinse off. Guest access You are welcome to make use of the lawn next to Sandy Toes, to the right of the property. It is a football field for our children but you can use it yourselves, especially if you have a little one who needs to have a run - it is not gated though. If you are using it our children will not disturb you. During your stay We would be grateful if you used our front door if you have queries during your stay rather than the door from the shared corridor. Other things to note There are children's playgrounds in the village, a small library, medical centre, as well as a post office, plenty of surf/beach shops, and interiors shops to mooch. We are 5 miles from North Devon District Hospital. In Barnstaple there is a cinema (Scotts cinema), a theatre (the Queen's theatre) and a leisure centre as well as a tennis centre (Tarka tennis). There are golf courses nearby (Saunton, Portmore). The Tarka trail is fab for cycling, and is directly accessible from the village.
