We will cancel bookings made where these events are being held without our knowledge****** The house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy, with an ultra modern kitchen, dining and living space with stone benches, high-end stainless appliances and expansive oak flooring which opens out to an impressive covered alfresco lounge and dining area with integrated BBQ. The home features a separate lounge with gas fireplace, as well as a bar and entertainment/recreation room with a pool table. The bedrooms include a master suite with a king size bed, en suite and walk-in-robe, and four further good sized bedrooms, serviced by a luxurious stone and timber bathroom and additional powder room. The second bedroom has a double over single bunk plus a single bed, two further bedrooms have a queen size bed each, and the fifth bedroom has a double over single bunk and a single bed. There is ample heating and cooling throughout including slab heating to all bedrooms and bathrooms, split systems in the main bedroom, one bunk room and the back living space, and ceiling fans in the remaining bedrooms. Reminiscent of a private luxury compound in Palm Springs, the landscaped grounds feature a resort-style swimming pool, championship sized mod-grass tennis court, in-ground trampoline, and a pool house featuring a spa and bathroom. There is ample car and boat parking, while magnificent trimmed hedging along the street frontage ensure privacy. Further note: we have surveillance at the entries to the property for security reasons. Guest access You'll have access to most of the property, excluding the garage. There is plenty of space for parking in the driveway.
