Just a 10km drive to the CBD and walking distance to numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, public transport and beautiful parklands. The space Modern, stylishly decorated and with comfort and privacy foremost in mind, the spacious apartment enjoys its own private entrance. - Queen bed - Bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity basin, guest toiletries and hairdryer - Dining area/work from home space - Living room with couch, tv (flat screen with free to air channels) and an assortment of books - Spacious kitchen with twin plate electric cooktop, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, toaster sandwich maker, rice cooker, French press etc - Laundry with front loader washing machine, drying rack, cloths pegs, iron and ironing board - Air conditioning (cooling only unit) - Heating (oil heater and electric blanket in cooler months) Guest access Private access with separate entry. The space, including garden courtyard, is all yours and you will gain access via a key lock box. The self contained suite is underneath our residence, however you will have complete privacy and may not see us at all during your stay. We highly value and respect guests privacy and our own. Street parking out the front. Other things to note This is a place to relax. As you are sharing the land with our family and our neighbours, there is strictly no parties/events, loud music or excessive noise. The property is not suitable for children or pets. We accommodate adults 18yrs and older at this property. The apartment is located beneath our residence. Whilst we are a small and quiet family, guests should expect to hear normal noise of people going about their day to day activity. We have cats and they enjoy the attention of guests, however as our guest accommodation is a pet free space, we ask guests to refrain from allowing our cats into their room. Parking is available on-street. There is no parking permitted on the property and/ driveway. This helps us maintain a peaceful environment, free of vehicles coming and going and also ensures the safety of our pets.
