You're within walking distance of numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, public transport & beautiful parklands. The location is very quiet, leafy and only 10km from the CBD. The space Modern, stylishly decorated and with comfort and privacy foremost in mind, the Garden Suite is very spacious and features a queen bed (sleeps 1-2) in an open plan space (refer floor plan photo), kitchen, bathroom, laundry, living and dining area and a beautiful private garden courtyard with outdoor dining furniture. Whilst the GARDEN SUITE is attached to our family home, it is completely separate, private and has no shared spaces. In fact we've intentionally renovated our property so as to ensure separate and private space for both ourselves and our guests. Guest access You will have access to your own suite and the attached private garden courtyard. There are no shared spaces. Other things to note We accommodate adults 18yrs and older at this property. We do not accommodate children/infants. As we do not offer instant book, please let us know a few details about yourself, other guests and the purpose of your trip, to assist us in considering your booking request. We have 4 cats Pippen, Mickey, Lulu & Freya. They are very very friendly and love to say hello to guests. Please don't allow them into your room. This assists us in maintaining a hygienic pet free space. We highly value and respect our guests privacy and our own. Please respect our family and neighbours, by maintaining the quiet and tranquil environment that we all enjoy. We offer on-street parking only. We do not offer disabled facilities and are not wheelchair accessible.
