From the house, which is situated on the top of a small hill surrounded by corn fields, you can admire the Tuscan village of Magliano in all its beauty. It is an important village of Etruscan origin, which in 1400 became a strategic medieval town protected by its strong, characteristic circular wall. The ideal geographic position of the house enables an interesting, varied holiday to be organised, not to be missed for example is a visit to the Uccellina Nature Park, Orbetello’s natural oasis or relaxing days basking under the hot sun on the beaches of the Tyrrheanian coastline and chic evenings sight seeing and shopping in the renowned tourist centres of Argentario. Close to the house, there is a good sized garden shaded by pine trees and equipped with garden furniture wood burning oven and a barbecue. Furnishings are tasteful and of good quality. In the garden, there is also a beautiful biological vegetable garden where our clients could go and taste seasonal fruit and vegetable.
