The space - 1) A living room in which there is a double bed with mattress, a sofa, a 120 cm Samsung smart TV with Netflix, a dining table that can accommodate 4 people. - 2) A 14 m² bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 x 190), a TV, a wardrobe, an iron and an ironing board. - 3) An equipped kitchen consisting of a Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils needed for 4 people.   - 4) Bathroom with bathtub, straightener, hairdryer. - Gas heating, recent boiler, connected thermostats, the heating is set to 20 degrees according to Airbnb recommendations. Guest access You will have access to every room in the apartment as it is unoccupied.  It is totally dedicated to you. Other things to note - Paid parking in the adjacent streets but free from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m., from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., on Sundays, 1st-3rd Saturday of the month after 2:30 p.m. Large free Lacuzon parking lot 15 minutes' walk-1.3 km (also possibility of a free shuttle) - Quiet one-way street - You can sometimes hear noise from the shops in the adjacent streets depending on the events (being in the city center) - A camera is located in the common areas of the building. There are no cameras in the accommodation!
