The main part of the home features 4 bdrms and 5 bthrms, living room, dining room, TV room, library and a lounge. There is a separate apartment with a bedroom and huge living room with trundle bed, bathroom and cute kitchen. The second apartment has a double bed up the spiral staircase and a futon below. Guest access The entire house on 1 acre of land next to the University of Rochester. There is a beautiful park like yard that is great for relaxing and enjoying nature. There is also a beautiful Victorian porch with plenty of seating to enjoy a glass of wine or two. Guest have access to the entire house. The living room is very large and can work as meeting space for a large group. The dining room table seats 12 comfortably. We also have many folding tables and chairs. The home is filled with intricately carved woodwork and is furnished with interesting furniture and antiques. The kitchen is perfect for making meals and is fully equipped. Bedrooms all included top quality linens. Five of the bathrooms are recently renovated.There is also parking for 8 cars. There are 3 washer and dryers. Other things to note This is the perfect location for a large group. Though we live here most of the year, it is available anytime for a minimum of 3 day rental. Perfect for family gatherings or retreats. A much better value than a block of rooms at a hotel.
