Allure Beach House is a perfect beach getaway for you to relax in and enjoy your beach escape. Open plan living area opening into the back deck with water glimpses The house is centrally located with just a short 150m stroll to the creek and main beach. tennis courts and the skate park only 500m away. The space The timber deck, located upstairs is north facing and overlooks the park, it is a great place enjoy a drink while reflecting on your day and watching the sunset. Upstairs accommodates a new kitchen & bathroom, the kitchen is well equipped with a large family sized refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of kitchen accessories. The sunny open plan dining and lounge area is just down the hall from the bedroom 1 and 2 which are both equipped with very comfortable queen beds. The downstairs decck and laundry is accessed via external stairs, you will find a very spacious timber deck with an outdoor lounge and gas BBQ perfect for cooking up a storm. The backyard opens onto the park where you can enjoy a friendly game of cricket. The laundry is also located downstairs and accommodates the 2nd bathroom and washing machine. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Linen The linen items that we include in your tariff are doona's, doona covers, pillows, blankets, hand towel and tea towels. You will need to provide your own sheets, pillow cases bath towels and beach towels. A linen hire service is available on request - $25 per bed per stay (hire includes sheets, pillows cases and bath towels) ***Stays of 5 nights or more & Public holidays*** When you book 5 nights or more or a public holiday weekend 3 nights, you will receive complementary Linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels). Portable/travel cot and highchair, are available free of charge. Please request these items on booking You will need to provide your own cot linen. **We do not have Wi-Fi** **Please note the entire internal floor downstairs is used as storage and is not included in the booking.** Guest access Get out and enjoy nature, take a swim at one of Currarong’s beautiful beaches, natural rockpool or pristine creek, take the short drive to the southern side of Beecroft Peninsular to see Point Perpendicular, the Light House, Honeymoon Bay and Long Beach. Stand up paddle boards and kayaks can be hired locally. Take a walk and explore Abrahams Bosom Reserve it offers graded walking trials, spectacular cliffs, secluded beach’s and the breath taking Gosangs tunnel a great place to spot migrating whales or just sit back and watch the sun set over the water at Bosom Beach and keep an eye out for the dolphins. Don’t feel like cooking? Book a table and enjoy a meal at the local Bowling Club, The Peninsula Brasserie - Currarong, within a 300m walk.
