2-room apartment on garden in Pic Saint-Loup

After 6 months of major insulation work, we finally reopen! Close to the different departures from the 2021 French favorite GR®, 30 minutes from Anduze, Porte des Cévennes, 40 minutes from the beaches and 30 minutes from the north of Montpellier, this pleasant 2 room opens onto the garden. It has been built on the ground floor of an '80s house, inhabited by our family since 2017 : 2 children aged 8 and 12 and 3 cats who will definitely visit you if you leave the doors open. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a main room. The room overlooks a terrace and the garden shared with the owners. It has a bathroom with a large walk in shower, sink and toilet. The main room also overlooks the outside through a large bay window, and is equipped with a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, small fridge, oven, gas stove, coffee makers (nespresso type and percolator), kettle, toaster and all the dishes you need to simmer good food or just share a pizza. We also have a raclette set for you upon request. Baby equipment is available on prior request: cot, high chair. Your children always welcome! The apartment, just like the rest of the house, has no air conditioning since we chose to invest in outdoor insulation to avoid it. The apartment remains cool in summer, and does not cool in the winter. Guest access The garden is accessible as much as you wish, a barbecue is available. The laundry room is accessible on request (washing machine, dryer). For people who wish, the car can be parked in front of the apartment (watch out for wooden poles:-) ). Other things to note Covid19: Linens are washed at 90 degrees. The entire accommodation is meticulously cleaned and disinfected with each rental. There is an above-ground swimming pool in the garden, but it is strictly reserved for the owners.
