Rental unit in Valflaunès

After 6 months of major insulation work, we're finally reopening! Just a stone's throw from the various departures of the 2021 French Favourite GR®, 30 mins from Anduze, gateway to the Cévennes, 40 mins from the beaches and 30 mins from the north of Montpellier, this pleasant 2-room apartment overlooks the garden. It was built on the first floor of an 80s house, inhabited by our family since 2017: 2 children (8 and 12) and 3 cats who will certainly come to visit you if you leave the doors open. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a main room. The room overlooks a terrace and garden shared with the owners. It has a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The main room also gives on the outside by a large bay window, and is equipped with a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, small fridge, oven and all necessary dishes. Baby equipment is available upon prior request: cot, high chair. Kids are allways welcome ! The apartment, like the rest of the house, has no air-conditioning, as we chose to invest in external insulation to avoid this. The apartment stays cool in summer, and doesn't cool down in winter. Guest access The garden is accessible as much as you want. The laundry room is available on request (washing machine, tumble dryer). For those who wish, the car can be parked in front of the apartment (watch out for wooden poles :-) ). Other things to note Covid19 : Linen is washed at 90 degrees. The entire property is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at each rental. There is an above ground swimming pool in the garden but it is strictly reserved for the owners.
