Located in the hip and vibrant North Beach neighborhood, we are walking distance to Fishermans Wharf, the Financial District, Chinatown and to many great restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Large airy private room with access to kitchen, shared bathroom, washer & dryer. Bohemian decor - plenty of books! The space The building is a 1920's Edwardian with all the fine details of the era. We have an extensive art collection and books, many of which you can enjoy in the room! The room is spacious, clean and has plenty of natural light. The room holds a queen sized bed, night table, closet, large desk and a dresser. Please note that we are on the top flat and up a long flight of stairs (I count 38 to be exact!) Professional weekly cleaning to sanitize shared spaces. Guest access The room shares one and a half bathrooms with the rest of the house. Guests will have access to the shared kitchen and laundry room. Due to the recent spread of Covid-19 and the nature of this shared living situation, we have increased our cleaning protocols to ensure maximum sanitation and safety for our guests! During your stay You may see me or my husband in the home but if not, I am always available by text! Other things to note This is a shared living space with other long term Airbnb guests. We have upped our cleaning protocols to ensure maximum sanitization of shared spaces.
