Private entrance leads into the backyard with direct pathway into the beautiful park with the following town amenities: basketball courts, tennis courts, football field, baseball field, soccer field and a 1.2 Mile running/bike trail. My home is located in a safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood in the suburb only 5 minutes from the George Washington Bridge and minutes from all major highways (I-95, Rt4, Rt17, GSP, NJTurnpike) into NYC or shopping districts. We are 20 minutes from Time Square in the city and the Lincoln Tunnel, 30 minutes from the Tappan Zee Bridge and the Holland Tunnel. Quick and easy 30 Mins commute from all airports: EWR, JFK, and LGA!!! Guest access Free parking in either private driveway or across the street on adjacent dead end block.
