You will stay in a remarkable building from the Grand Siècle, designed at the end of the 17th century by one of its most famous architects, Jules HARDOUIN-MANSART, to house the Surintendance des Bâtiments du Roi. The studio is located on the first floor of a secure residence with an elevator, in the heart of Fontainebleau The entrance to the castle is across the street; it's just a few steps to get to the entrance. INSEAD is about a 10-minute walk away Public parking lot 30 m away. The space With a surface area of 20 m2, the studio is designed to offer a comfortable stay for two, in a space that is functional, warm and bright. It has a living room with a sleeping area, a comfortable bed (140 x 190 cm), a walk-in closet, a dedicated work-from-home area, and a TV. High-speed Orange Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stays, with a refrigerator with freezer, glass-ceramic hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Upon arrival, you will find a few thoughtful touches to help you start your stay off right: coffee pods, sugar, and essential cooking ingredients. Dish towels, laundry detergent, and household cleaning products are at your disposal. The shower room with toilet includes towels as well as travel essentials. A hair dryer and straightener are also available. Its large window overlooking the Cour des Adieux and its beautiful ceiling height give it a pleasant brightness. In summer, AIR CONDITIONING will be available, and in winter, central heating ensures your comfort. For families traveling with a child, a folding baby bed can be provided on request. You just have to indicate the child as an additional guest when you book. The studio is suitable for both a tourist stay and a business trip, an INSEAD student, an intern, or someone on a training course. Perfectly suited for couples and small families (with a child under two years old) who want to enjoy the city and its surroundings. Guest access ACCESS TO THE HOME: You'll have access to the entire place. Entry to the residence is done using a Vigik key fob, which will be given to you on arrival. To access the first floor, you can either take a very wide staircase or the elevator. PARKING: Public parking at the foot of the Residence. Paid parking from 9 am to 7 pm.
