Lambs in March and April! A beautiful recently converted former stable located on the edge of the Wyre Forest and within walking distance of Bewdley town. A wonderful countryside retreat, offering stunning forest views for wildlife watching, a wood burning stove, underfloor heating and a wood fired hot tub! Walking trails and cycle networks are easily accessible from the doorstep. 5 min walk to the pub. 5 min walk to the Wyre forest. 10 min walk to the farm shop. 20 min walk to Bewdley town. The space The best of town and country we are just a 5 min drive (20 min walk) to the beautiful riverside town of Bewdley, offering restaurants, pubs, cafes and local independent shops. Bewdley is also home to the West Midlands Safari Park, Severn Valley railway, the Habberley adventure trail and Go Ape. Our positioning feels far from the hustle of town, surrounded by meadows, forest and orchards. 5 minutes walk to the nearest pub! 10 mins walk to farm shop. The Wyre forest national nature reserve can be accessed just a few minutes walk along a quiet country lane. Bike hire, horse riding and river canoeing can be found locally. The Stable at Hole farm barns, Bewdley, consists of a large dining kitchen with views over the forest adjoined by a lounge with a stylish woodburner, perfect for cosy evenings. Both the kitchen and the lounge have French doors opening up on to the rear garden and rustic flagstone floors throughout. Also on the ground floor is a large bedroom with king size bed. The downstairs of the property benefits from underfloor heating. Upstairs there is another lovely large bedroom with a king size bed and Juliet balcony overlooking the forest. There is a further single bedroom and huge family bathroom with a roll top bath and double sized shower. Outside is a rustic wood fired hot tub that sits 5. The hot tub is emptied and cleaned between stays. Outside table and chairs, charcoal BBQ & pizza oven (charcoal to be brought by guests). The perfect place for summer sunsets over looking hay meadows, plenty of farm animals and the Wyre forest.
