The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed (open it is 2m) and a cable television (smartTV), a nice kitchen with everything you need (refrigerator, washing machine, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and microwave) and a bathroom with an Italian shower base. Air conditioning with the possibility of hot or cold air. The apartment also has a large enclosed balcony where you can enjoy a nice meal. It is forbidden to make noise after 11 p.m. that may disturb the other residents, as well as disrespecting the building's common areas. Other things to note There are two Lisbon guides in the apartment for your use, as well as a dossier with my suggestions and tips. Early check-in or late check-out, where possible, will be allowed. For stays longer than 7 days, I will arrange for a change of bed sheets and bath towels. The sofa bed will only be prepared for 2 guests.
