Your space is in an up and coming neighborhood with many homes being "fixer uppers". Our building was constructed in 1963 and has been "fixed up" with all new paint (inside and out) new flooring and vintage and modern decor. Very Waco. Enjoy the eclectic, private space from which you can easily enjoy all that Waco has to offer. Magnolia Silos and downtown Waco are 1.5 miles, Harp Designs is only a block away Baylor is 2.1 miles from the apartment. Magnolia Table is 2.1 miles. Enjoy your visit! The space This unit is on the 2nd floor Guest access Via Co-Host Andrea. You will have the entire apartment with your own coded keyless entry. The apartment is one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living area. Other things to note All long term bookings are provided with just enough toilet paper, paper towels and soap to get you started. Not for the entire stay. -There are several pests that are native to the area. Included but not limited to: spiders, water bugs, small lizards, crickets, and june bugs. We have pest control that does their best to keep them out but it is possible that you could see one on your stay.
