Bedroom 2: Queen. Both bedrooms have spacious built in wardrobes. We have a rumpus room with 4 single beds, on the same level as the apartment, and accesses the hallway and laundry facilities. Normally this is locked off and is not part of our usual offering, but we could open the rumpus room by negotiation. If for example there are 4 adults who require seperate beds, we could split the king bed to 2 king singles, the queen bed could be used for one and someone could sleep in the rumpus room. Guest access Your guest apartment is self contained and private. There is an extensive lawn if you have the urge play an innings of cricket. Those waiting to bat can have a beer in the shade of the patio. You are free to roam the lower garden. Two washing lines are available on the grounds. You have your own private laundry space with washing machine, dryer and and laundry tub. This space is the central hub of the underfloor heating, so in winter, it is ideal to dry clothes overnight on the drying racks supplied. The laundry is in the hallway outside the lockable internal door to the apartment. Across the hall is a rumpus room containing 4 single beds which is not included unless by negotiation, if you have an additional person/child who needs their own sleeping space. There is parking for several cars with easy ground level access making wheelchair access easy if necessary.
