The apartment is fresh and bright and consists of a kitchen, a living room with 2 sofa beds, and a double bedroom. Despite being within the historic center, the property is conveniently located, a few dozen meters from the parking lots and the bus stop. The space The prevailing style is rustic Tuscan, with grit floors (kitchen) and terracotta floors in the other two rooms, wooden beams and exposed half-beams. The bathroom has a green mosaic floor and pink walls. There are phytomorphic details drawn throughout the house. There are three rooms. The first is a kitchenette with a stone sink, a wood-burning stove, a walnut coffee table for 4 people, with walnut and straw chairs. The stove works with the cylinder. The second room is the flexible one, consisting of two sofa beds, a bedside table between the two, and a TV cabinet. If necessary, the two sofa beds can be transformed into comfortable beds. The third room has a double wrought iron bed, a solid walnut dresser, a walnut wardrobe, an armchair, and a floor lamp. There is no washing machine, but there is a tub for hand washing and a clothesline. Other things to note - There is no air conditioning system, but there are 2-3 fans; - There is no washing machine; - There is the possibility of having a camping bed for small children, but we ask that you notify us before check-in; - For stays of 2 guests by default, we provide the sofa beds closed without sheets.
