Private & comfy home. Pet friendly

Our home sits in a big and private lot with a large fenced backyard. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room area (open concept). You'll have smart tv's with YouTubeTV included (you can sign into your own account for other tv providers). 65" TV in living room and 43" TV in the master bedroom. Grill and firepit area outside. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and washer & dryer. PETS NEED APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING. The space Please note: - There are security cameras outside the property. - This is a split level home, so there is a set of stairs inside. - Most furniture is not new and this is a home where we spend a few months a year, so you can notice normal wear and tear around. If you prefer a place that is 100% designed for rental, or a hotel-like impeccable experience, this may not be the correct place for you. - There is a small shelter and feeding station outside the house (away from the front door) for a couple of feral cats that live in the area. They show up late at night and won't be a nuisance to you (you will most likely not see them at all). If you are a cat hater or feel disturbed by the shelter and feeding station, I kindly ask you to not book the place. Disturbing the feeding station will cancel your booking without refund. Guest access You have access to the entire house, except for 1 room that is kept locked. You have access to the garage ONLY to do laundry, but it is NOT available to park vehicles or to hang out. Other things to note - We are very respectful of people's homes and belongings (you are welcome to check our reviews here), and we do expect and ask that you respect and take care of our home and belongings the same way we would take care of yours. - While the house is cleaned after every stay (and all linens, towels, bed covers etc. are washed, and the couch and furniture are vacuumed) we are pet friendly and pet parents as well, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
