We designed this house to fulfill all your mediterranean holiday dreams - prepare for a stunning and modern new property located on the beautiful Monte Baldo above the azure Lake Garda. With two fully air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen and a beautifully designed garden with lounge furniture, it comfortably caters for 4-6 guests, offering aproximately 150 m² of living area. The space Our Mediterranean Salvatore Home, Casa Salvatore in San Zeno di Montagna, is the first of a grand vision. A vision of 5-star luxury holiday accommodations around Lake Garda. This idyllic vacation home leaves nothing to be desired. Every detail has been meticulously crafted with love. Our Salvatore Home, Casa Salvatore, is equipped with high-speed internet throughout the property, including the outdoor area. Additionally, Villa Salvatore features a guest WC on the ground floor and underfloor heating throughout the house. The interior design is consistently modern and timeless, perfectly harmonizing with the Mediterranean design of Villa Salvatore. Hand-painted artworks adorn the living and dining area, creating a cozy atmosphere. Bedrooms: Both fully air-conditioned bedrooms feature a double bed (160 cm wide) and an ensuite bathroom with shower/WC. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other is freely accessible. Each room also boasts a balcony with partial views of Lake Garda and the private dream garden. Both balconies are furnished with a small table set. Enjoy beautiful views directly from your bedroom! Each bedroom includes a 160cm desk for those who occasionally need to check emails even during vacation. Additionally, both bedrooms are equipped with a 50" smart TV, supported by satellite television (including German channels) and various streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are equipped with rain showers, heated mirrors, and ample storage space in the bathroom cabinets. Cosmetic products are also provided, with exclusive BARRONA® toiletries in all Salvatore Homes, ranging from hand soaps with fine sand particles to body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Parking: Salvatore Homes has a large private garage with space for 2 vehicles. Also included are standard house sockets for charging vehicles and bicycles if needed. We strive to be flexible and are happy to arrange alternative times when possible. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our villa. No Smoking: Our villa is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is ONLY allowed outdoors. Events/Parties: Out of respect for our neighbors and the exclusive nature of the villa, we kindly request no larger events or parties.
