Sustainable retreat on 20 acres of lake hillside

A private elevated holiday stay with picturesque views. With four bedrooms and sleeping for 10. You also have access to all 20 acres of hillside fields. With two fire places and plenty of free fire wood you'll be nice and cosy. Your holiday will be fully sustainable with ample solar, off grid power and rain water systems. Technology includes air-conditioning, high speed internet, high quality hifi system and pool table/table tennis. Bring your boat, launch is nearby. Pub is 5 min drive. The space Our house has a large living room with a pool table/table tennis and two fire places, open plan with kitchen and dining room. We also have a butler kitchen/laundry. We have veranda with seats and a long couch for you to sit and relax and watch the birds and the lake view. We have 2 bathrooms for you to use, two showers. we have a full media centre with a $10k hifi. There are lots of movies, books and games for those cosy winter nights. We also have a bbq, smoker and table and chairs in the back garden. The house is on a hill so it is great for hiking to the top of the hill and enjoy the views. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, amenities and 20 acres of bush land. There is a private boat shed on the property and a small house at the back for service so no access to visitors here. Other things to note This is a country property. If you bring motorbikes, Strathbogie forest can be accessed with a 15 minute ride. The rail Trail for cyclists goes 20km to Mansfield or 120km to Tallarook. If you use the lake for boating/ski/wakeboard experience there is space to park. We recommend 4wd to tow up and down the hill.
