Enjoy a panoramic sea view, a private jacuzzi usable all year round and an enclosed garden, private and without direct vis-à-vis, perfect for a stay with peace of mind. 🧖‍♀️ The spa, adjustable between 28° and 40° C, promises a pure moment of relaxation, even more pleasant when the air is fresh. 🏡 The accommodation consists of a spacious T3 and an attached studio, rented together to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. 🏡 T3 includes: • A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils, seafood kit). • A bright living room with sea views. • Two bedrooms: a master suite with queen size bed, shower room, toilet and dressing room, and a family room with single trundle bed + bunk bed (3 single beds total). • A second bathroom with toilet and • An equipped laundry room (washer/ dryer) free of use. The area is 59 m2. 🏠 The attached studio has a kitchenette, queen size bed, bathroom and toilet. The area is 20 m2. ADSL internet 📺 connection (available in addition to a 4G/5G connection with a free router) , TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speaker available for your moments of relaxation. From December 2025, an unlimited 5G connection will be available with the removal of the ADSL line and a latest generation Smart TV. 🌿 The entire garden is private, fenced and without direct vis-à-vis, with furnished terrace and jacuzzi exclusively for you. The upper part of the building is occupied by a neighbor who has a second home, but has separate access from another street and does not have access to the garden. 🐾 Pets are welcome to share your seaside vacation. One of the beaches near the property is accessible to dogs all year round. 🧺 Linens, towels, electricity and internet included. Free adult and child slippers on request before your arrival.
