Quiet, spacious double bed room in attic with en suite shower and toilet. Modern velux windows with blinds, plenty of storage space. Access via paddle staircase (not suitable for people with mobility problems). House is in private road in middle of village very close to all amenities including shops, cafes, pubs/restaurants, River Thames, Thames Path, train station. Close to Oxford, Henley, Reading, London, National Trust land and properties nearby! The space A cosy, light room in the day time . At night, star gaze through the velux windows from the comfort of your pillow! Peruse the many art magazines and brochures on the beautiful Berkshire country side in the book case. Cocoon yourself in this special space at the top of the house! Guest access The house is small . Living area and kitchen are not officially accessible to guests other than long term bookings. Kitchen available only for reheating ready cooked food in microwave and cooling food in fridge with some flexibility depending on the circumstances. During your stay The room and house have recently been thoroughly deep cleaned to minimise any risks of spreading virus. We all have a clean bill of health. Other things to note I speak French, Spanish and Italian so would be delighted to receive guests from Spanish speaking countries, France and Italy. I have a great deal of local knowledge and therefore would be delighted to share this with my guests. I am happy to lend out local maps and guide books and will even do guided walks if appropriate.
