Outside porch & yard seating areas, fire pit & night lighting. Walk to restaurants, brewery, shops, marina, golf course , tennis & Mother’s Beach. Book a private event on the lawn. The space This space is casual, comfortable and has your basic necessities. It’s a space that has a fun atmosphere. Easy access and an outdoor area that feels safe and private. Guest access It’s centrally located to all, Mother’s Beach to the south (@ end of South Howells Point Road), Bellport Country Club is a block away if overnight accommodations are needed for a wedding or event being held there. It's a short walk to our Main Street hosting a Brewery, Bellport Bay marina, shops and restaurants. Other things to note Fire island community ferries are a short drive or Uber ride away to Patchogue and Sayville. We are located near to Loughlin Vineyards in Sayville, a 20minute drive away. Our famous Gateway Theatre has shows all year long. There are often local events and summer provides Friday evening concerts by the Bay.
