Thank you for your understanding ••~••~••~ With your booking, we assume the house rules have been read and accepted ••~••~••~ The space • FeWo A: Living room with small sofa (not for sleeping!! ), TV, small dining table, 2 chairs. • The sleeping room with fantastic 2x2m double bed. • The tea kitchen, for which Preparing small meals Equipment: mini refrigerator, 1 hot plate, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cutlery all for 2 people, 1 pan and 2 small pots, coasters for hot dishes, cleaning cloths, dish towels, cleaning & dish soap... • There are linens & towels • 1 large daylight bathroom ••~••~•• ... does it bother or is something missing? If possible, we are happy to help, we live in the house and are easily accessible. We are very much looking forward to your visit and are sure that you will feel comfortable, you are welcome. ••~••~••~••~••~•~•• Expansion to 2–4 people Costs via HOST OFFER (incl. Airbnb fees) up to 4 people: ••FeWo A or BC are possible: • A••as described in the listing, 1-2 people • BC••2–4 people, 2 bedrooms, arranged in a row, and a front kitchen-living room (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pan, dishes, and cutlery for 2–4 people...) Dining area with 2-4 chairs. • Final cleaning for groups €15/ bedroom. For A or BC there is a daylight bathroom, for you, your family or your co-travelers. • Please let us know how you would like to get here, and I will send you a HOST OFFER. • 1 single night's stay would be possible for an additional fee. • 2 people, in the double room + max. one toddler (up to 2 years old) in the family bed; in this case, we charge €11 + fee per night (without additional bedding). If there are any discrepancies (listing FeWo A), please feel free to send a request with your preferences, and I will send you a HOST OFFER. ••~••~••~••~••~••~•• Guest access Main front door entrance 1st floor (via a staircase). Tall people have to be careful in some places on the stairs and on the upper floor (doors). Other things to note Our beautiful rooms face Dorfstraße, where the house entrance is located. •• It is convenient to load and unload right in front of the house. ••IMPORTANT TO NOTE•• ••ROADWORKS (resurfacing) in 2026. We now have a time frame. It is expected to be from SEPTEMBER to the END OF OCTOBER. If you still want to rent, please contact us in writing with a tentative period, which can be changed later. ———————— ••There are everyday noises, children playing, family dogs, and village traffic. ••The TRASH COLLECTION comes on Mondays/Wednesdays, and on other days if there is a holiday. ————————- ••Village festivals: • The MIRABELLE FESTIVAL takes place on the last weekend in JUNE or the first weekend in JULY (sometimes on the neighboring property). It's best to join in the celebrations :) In 2026, it will be on June 27. • The KERWE (village festival) is in AUGUST and always takes place during the last week. There are many wonderful events (customs, music, food) and a small funfair. In 2026, from August 28 to September 1. On these dates, it can get noisy in the village. ———————— ••Climbing stairs is required. ••Tall people may need to be a bit careful here. ———————— ••Bringing pets is not allowed due to allergies, nor is smoking. ————————- ••Kids: The maximum number of people (room capacity) incl. children. If necessary, please contact us individually. We love children very much, but we expressly point out that the rooms (house) and our premises are NOT specially equipped or secured for children. You decide for yourself (we accept no liability): • There are no special safety features in the house and garden. For example, there are… • Unprotected electrical outlets and • cleaning supplies, • Garden tools • A pond • A high STAIRCASE with RAILINGs that are PLEASE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN TO PLAY ON. We ask that you pay attention to this.
