Thank you for your understanding ••~••~••~ With your booking, we assume the house rules have been read and accepted ••~••~••~ The space • Apartment A: Living room with small sofa (not for sleeping!! ), TV, small dining table, 2 chairs. • The bedroom with a fantastic 2 x 2 m double bed. • The tea kitchen, for which Preparing small meals Amenities: mini fridge, 1 hot plate, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cutlery all for 2 people, 1 pan and 2 small pots, coasters for hot, cleaning cloths, dish towels, cleaning & dishwashing detergent… • There are bed linens & towels • 1 large daylight bathroom ••~••~•• ... something bothers you or is missing? If possible, we are happy to help, we live in the house and are easily accessible. We are very much looking forward to your visit and are sure that you will feel comfortable, you are welcome. ••~••~••~••~••~•~•• Cost extension up to 4 people: •• Apartment A or BC are possible: • A••as described in the listing, 1-2 people • BC••2 bedrooms, one behind the other and a front eat-in kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pan, dishes and cutlery for 2-4 people...), Dining area with 2-4 chairs. 2-4 people / night €120 + fee • Final cleaning for groups €15/bedroom. For A or BC there is a daylight bathroom, for you, your family or your fellow travelers. • Let us know how you want to come. • 1 single night would be possible with a surcharge of €15 + fee/bed. • 2 people, in the double room + max one toddler (up to 2 years) in the family bed, here we charge €10 + fee/night (without additional bed linen). If there are deviations from the listing FeWo A, please send a request with your wishes, I will send you a host offer. ••~••~••~••~••~••~•• Guest access Main front door entrance 1st floor (via a staircase). Tall people have to be careful in some places on the stairs and on the upper floor (doors). Other things to note Our beautiful rooms are located on the village street, where the house entrance is located. •• Right in front of the house it is convenient to load and unload. ••IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER•• •• There are everyday noises, children, family dogs, village traffic. •• The GARBAGE COLLECTION runs on Monday/Wednesday, postponed to other days on holidays. •• Village festivals: • The MIRABELLE FESTIVAL takes place on the last weekend in JUNE or the first weekend in JULY (on the neighboring property). Best to celebrate there :) 2026 on 06/27. • KERWE is in AUGUST, it always takes place in the last week. There are many nice events (traditions, music, food) and there is a small fair. 2026 from 08/28 to 09/01. On these dates, it will be louder in the village. •• ROAD WORKS (renewal of the pavement) are planned for 2026, but we do not yet have a time window. ———————— •• Climbing stairs is necessary •• Tall people may need to be careful here. ———————— •• Bringing animals is not allowed due to allergies, nor is smoking. ————————- ••Children: The maximum number of people (room capacity) incl. Children, please contact us individually if necessary. We love children very much, but are not specially equipped or secured for children in the rooms and on our premises. You decide for yourself (we accept no liability): • There are no special fuses in the house and garden.
