Thanks for understanding•• ••~••~••~ With your booking, we consider the house rules as read & accepted The space • Apartment A: Living room with small sofa (not for sleeping!! ), TV, small dining table, 2 chairs. • The bedroom with a fantastic 2 x 2 m Double bed. • The kitchenette, for the preparing small meals Amenities: mini fridge, 1 hotplate, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cutlery for 2 people, pan and 2 small pots, coasters, cleaning rags, dish towels, dishwashing liquid… • Linens & towels are provided ...there is something bothering you or missing? If it is possible for us, we are happy to help. We live in the house and are easily accessible. We look forward to seeing you and are sure you will feel comfortable. You are welcome. ••~••~••~••~••~•~•• •We charge €10/day for a toddler (over 12 months) in the family bed (without additional bed linen). • 1 single night would be possible with a surcharge of €15/bedroom. In case of deviations, please send a request with your wishes, e.g. extension of the stay, more rooms or people (1-2/2-4/3-6 people) want to come, I will send you a host offer. ••~••~••~••~••~••~•• The following combinations ABC are possible: •• A 1 bedroom, living room dining area with 2 chairs 1 - max 2 people. /night €60 + fees ••B 1 bedroom, kitchen/dining area with 2-4 chairs 1- max 2 people. /night €70 + fees ••BC••2 bedrooms, which are one behind the other and the living room/kitchen 2-max 4 people. / night €120 + fees ••AB••2 separate areas with bedroom, eat-in kitchen and tea kitchen / 2 - max. 4 people. /night €130 + fees ••ABC••3 bedrooms, floor / 3-max 6 people. / Night €180 + fees ••~••~•• For the •final cleaning, €15/bedroom is added for 3 or more people. ••~••~•• •• There is 1 large daylight bathroom Guest access Main entrance 1st floor (via stairs). Tall people have to be careful in some places on the upper floor. Other things to note Our beautiful, pet-free non-smoking rooms are located one staircase up on the first floor and facing a village street, where the house entrance is also located. •• Right in front of the house it is convenient for you to load and unload. •• There is village street traffic, children, family dogs, everyday noises. •• On Monday mornings, sometimes in the morning, the garbage collection runs. ••July, the annual Mirabelle Festival takes place on the first weekend. ••August, the annual KerWe takes place on the last weekend. On these dates it can get a bit louder in the village. ••Please take this into account•• ———————— •• Climbing stairs is required ••Tall people may need to be careful. ———————— ••Bringing animals is not allowed due to allergies. ————————- ••Children: The maximum number of people (safety aspects & capacity of the rooms) includes children. If necessary, contact us individually. We love children very much, but we are not specially equipped or secured for children in the rooms and on our premises (Airbnb conditions). There are, for example, unsecured sockets and cleaning agents, high stairs, a pond, garden tools.
