Modern self contained large pool house which can host up to 4 guests, 2 in the main bedroom and 2 in the lounge area if required. Situated within owner's 2 acre property in a quiet, semi rural setting, with extensive gardens, Gum trees, bird life and peaceful surrounds. Valley view over horse stud farm, within 2km of Oakbank township. Due to the coronavirus, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The space Situated close to our home, but far enough away for privacy. Access to heated outdoor pool, BBQ and patio with beautiful views. Large bedroom contains either 2 King Single beds or 1 Super King Double bed depending on requirement. Large family and kitchen/dining area with flat screen TV. Large bathroom with traditional claw-foot bath and separate shower, and washing machine. Country breakfast provided for self catering. Kitchen facilities include fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster. Wood combustion heater, wood supplied. Air conditioning in family and bedroom. Guest access Pool House, heated swimming pool Oct-April, patio and garden surrounding the pool.
