Dwell Studios is a lovely oasis only 600m walk to the beach, close to the shops and restaurants of Vincentia village. The spacious bedroom includes a luxury queen bed, dining table, TV, and blockout blinds. Guests have access to a private bathroom with shower plus kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities, toaster and fridge. The suite is located downstairs in our home and we share the front door and foyer. Plenty of street parking available. Suitable for two adult guests only. The space Your large bedroom faces the street and is light and airy. Block out blinds ensure a good night’s sleep. We provide fresh sun dried bed linen and fluffy towels. A dining table and chairs is also in this room. Your kitchenette and bathroom are located in a large utility room down the hall, which includes laundry facilities. Occasionally we might need to use the laundry however we ask you first to make sure we don’t inconvenience you. We request that our guests do not access the rear garden as we have pet dogs and chickens. Please note this is a shared house in a suburban street, it is not a sound proof separate dwelling. Please be respectfurespectful of others in the house, keep noise down after 10.30pm. Other things to note There are many popular weekend markets in and around the area, they are easy to find via a Google search to see what's on during your visit.
