A Cosy Vacation house

The space The house is situated on a four acre piece of land, along with 7 other houses. The complex is surrounded by vegetation that has grown impressively over the years. On the inside, it's decorated with style, love and attention to the smallest detail. You'll feel at home the minute you walk in. There are two bedrooms at the lower level, one big, with a double bed, and a smaller bedroom with a single bed, but with enough space for a folding bed, which is provided. This level is half underground which makes the rooms nice and cool even during very hot days. And of course there's air and light. The kitchen on the upper floor is small, nevertheless convenient and fully equipped, so you can cook at home if you so wish. In a 3 minute drive, you're at the beach of Gerakini, and if you're in the mood to drive longer, in a little over 20 minutes, you will be in Nikiti, and from then on you will start discovering amazing beaches with crystal clear blue waters. Then again, if you don't wish to drive all that much, in a less than an 8 minute drive towards the other direction, the beautiful beach with shallow waters in Kalives, awaits you. There's ample space in the garden right in front of the house for you to set up a barbecue and for children to play. I only ask of you to mind the "siesta" hours ( 2:30-5:30), especially dear during summer vacations... and also keep the noise down after 23:30. There's a lot of parking space, so you don't have to worry about that. Other things to note In the village of Gerakini,you can find anything you may need.A big super-market,shops with all kinds of souvenirs,clothes and accessories, restaurants,pizza place,the most delicious souvlaki,cafeterias in front of the beach,playground for kids,you name it!
