The space Welcome to "La (re)source" lodge, an ideal destination for your short or mid duration stay in the great Annecy lake area, in the heart of the french Alps. Our cottage is a wonderful, all seasons residence, just 1/2 hour away from Geneva and 1 hour from Chamonix. La (re)source is an ideal base for active vocation stay, as well as for your profesionnal travel. Whatever the purpose of your stay, we are working hard to make you feel confortable, just like at home. FACILITIES : 3 floor appartment including 3 independant bedrooms (suitable for 4 adults with 2 kids) First floor : open kitchen + living room including flat tv and dvd player / 2nd floor : bedroom 1 (1 large bed 140 cm)-bathroom including shower + toilets / 3rd floor : bedroom 2 (1 large bed 140 m) + bedroom 3 (small mansard-roofed bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds). With independant access, you will appreciate its wonderful own garden. In the summer season, you will enjoy its south facing wood terrace with a fantastic view over the mountains; the cottage also benefits from 2 private parking spaces. Situated at walkong distance from the shore of the lake of Annecy, in the hamlet of Verthier, part of Doussard village, it is also the landing field of many paragliders and hangliders flying from the pass of La Forclaz. Some of our visitors enjoy landing in our garden ! La (re)source is also less than a kilometer away of any conveniences and services you may need including bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, bikeways, as well as doctors and a pharamacy.
