House with Wi-Fi 6 fiber-optic connection The space Country house ideal for 4 people, with the option for 5 people with an extra bed on the mezzanine (maximum 4 people and 1 baby). Renovated and fully equipped kitchen (we provide a Senseo coffee maker). 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine with a double convertible bed ( floor equipped with 1 air conditioning for summer). Small bathroom, fully renovated in January 2022, with walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor and 1 toilet upstairs. Bed linens and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Our bedding is new and steam disinfected between each guest. Accommodation located in a pleasant setting in the heart of Sologne. Ideal for unwinding, a quiet house in the middle of nature, on a 1.5-hectare wooded plot. Free fishing in the pond is possible in any season (subject to sufficient water level in some summers, depending on the weather) In the morning, when you open the shutters, or in the evening before going to bed, you might be lucky enough to spot deer, pheasants, and ducks in the field next to our property… or to hear the frogs in the pond. In summer you can enjoy the wooded grounds, the plancha and the outdoor lounge. Baby area with a changing table; travel crib, baby bouncer, foldable playpen, adjustable wooden high chair, booster seat, baby bathtub, upstairs stair gate, and night light provided. Board games provided and access to the fiber-optic internet We do not accept the organization of parties or festive meals. Guest access The cottage is located away from the village in the countryside, close to our farm and our dwelling but without vis-à-vis. Post office, gas station in the village, bar, grocery store, brewery Carrefour Contact 5 km away as well as local shops (bakery, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, 24/7 gas station). 20 min from Romorantin if you want supermarkets Other things to note Close to the castles: Blois, Chambord, Villesavin, La Ferté Saint Aubin, Cheverny... You can walk on the Sologne bike paths, the Loire bike paths. Or go to the Maison du Cerf, the Maison des Étangs in the surrounding villages. Communal ponds ideal for fishing.
