Renovated School House Cottage

Renovated with complete overhaul of walls, ceilings and floors. AC and in floor heating! Finally a dishwasher! But the Unique school house cottage exterior remains the same. Located directly across from the beach, with a beautiful sunset every night. Yes we have a sandy beach! Perfect for couples and small families. Large yard and fire pit. Don’t forget to ring the original school bell! Games, books provided for rainy days. Town is a 5 minute drive away to stores, markets and festivals. The space Perfect place for beach walks, biking and kayaking. Please feel free to bring your bikes and kayaks. There is paddle board rentals nearby as well. Huge yard, fire pit, BBQ, concrete patio and beach across the road. Bag chairs are provided to take to the beach. Giant outdoor Jenga, checkers and Yahtzee too. I have bird feed in front porch to feed birds and squirrels. Guest access Guest have full access to cottage and yard. You do not share the property with anyone else. Lake across the road. Feel free to bring bag chairs and sand toys to beach. Fire pit in backyard. Wood for sale out front. Other things to note There is 6 bag chairs provided you can take to the beach and a bucket of sand toys. On rainy days there is games, giant games, some toys, craft box and books. There is a new smart tv as well. Plus info on Kincardine and things to do. Make yourself at home, and snoop around, as you are welcome to use everything there. If you have questions or need more information, just ask! Kincardine downtown has a tourist booth that can provide info on local activities and rainy day activities too.
