Rustic Ozello fish cottage

This is a sweet little place to relax with your fishing boat outside the back door. Backwater Fins and The Island Outpost are a short stroll away. Peck’s is just five mikes down the Trail. Flats fishing, the Gulf and freshwater springs (Homosassa River) are at your beck and call. The Ozello Marina and General Store are < a block down the street; both selling bait and have ramps to launch. Screened porch is relaxing and a great place to relax after a day on the water. The space One bedroom with queen bed. Limited to two adults. Stowage for boat trailer on property. This is Florida’s Nature Coast—beautifully suited to pontoons, air or flats boats. Cannot accommodate a deep-V hull. Plenty of towels and beach towels--even boat towels. Large shower complete with soaps and shampoo. Coffee maker that brews by pot or cup. We leave cooking spices and essentials (oil, sugar, foil, ziplocks, detergent, etc.) so upon arrival you can immediately start your getaway! Cards and board games available for rainy days or stay-in nights. In the cooler months, sit at the fire pit and look at the stars after enjoying dinner at one of our local restaurants. Discounts are provided for weekly and monthly rentals. Guest access Guests have access to home and yard. Shed and owner’s closet are locked and inaccessible. Other things to note Non-smoking rental. Washing machine can accommodate one load per day to not overload septic. If additional pet clean up is required, an additional fee will be requested through AirBNB to cover costs.
