UTOPIA stems from the desire of the architect, Michel Duquaine, to establish a hotel concept with a unique design that respects its environment. In 2011, he imagined and nurtured this project as a privileged place: the first passive technology hotel in Wallonia. Michel Duquaine's creativity exploded to meet this magnificent challenge: to transform this place to make it reborn and to strive towards an ideal reality, a utopia.
