Sun City Home - The Original Retirement Community

Located in the heart of Sun City, AZ, the original Del Webb retirement community. This is an age restricted community for folks 55+. Sun City has eight golf courses, 7 recreational centers, bowling alley, and plenty of other things to do. The Home Owners Association does not permit rentals less than 30 days, so my rental offering is only for 30 days or more. The space The kitchen has numerous small appliances and the bedding and towels are all new. 65" TV in the living room with built-in Roku and a Blue-ray player. The house is pet friendly and the backyard has a 5' chain link/ block fence. Wild rabbits abound in the area and they do visit the yard. There are also coyote sightings occasionally.
