Villa Il Tollino rises on the hills surrounding the Valdichiana just a few kilometers from the most beautiful villages of the south Tuscany such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Arezzo and San Gimignano. The panoramic position makes this villa surrounded by greenery, an ideal place to relax, take long walks and taste the best wines of the area. The large fenced garden, the terrace, the patio and the small cottage inside the property is a place suitable for families with children. The space The villa consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and an entrance with two armchairs. We also find a large living room with a kitchenette, a dining table, a sofa, fireplace and A.C. The living room leads directly to the large terrace and the panoramic patio. The property is completely fenced and inside it is home to a well-kept garden, various olive and fruit trees, a large BBQ, a vegetable garden and a small cottage with jacuzzi (open from 25 April to 30 October). The villa is ideal for 4 people and is equipped with all facilities to stay such as an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and garden furniture. The city tax is not included in the price. The cost is 0,50€ per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Other things to note The panoramic position over Valdichiana is without doubt the strong point of this villa. In a strategic position to reach the most beautiful and most famous places in Tuscany or all the services like supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers that are located in nearby Sinalunga. In the village of Scrofiano, which can be reached on foot, you can find a small grocery store where you can taste the typical products of the area and drink a good coffee.
