(Wifi sometimes works, sometimes not, despite the fact that the house is well equipped for reception) The space The exceptional quietness of this spot fends off all kinds of nuisances. There, you will enjoy total privacy. Nestled in the midst of olive trees on top of a hill, at the meeting point of the authentic Riviera of Flowers and the beautiful Côte d'Azur, Casa Alta is a little patch of paradise for whoever seeks nature and calm. The house is flooded with sun, the roof terrace a real solarium throughout the four seasons of the year! This country house, completely renovated in 2011, offers a sizeable, fully equipped and modern American kitchen. Each of the two bathrooms is fitted with: two wash basins, Italian shower, towel dryer, toilet. A tub is also available in the parents' suite bathroom. The house is equipped with: CD player, dish-washer, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, traditional pizza oven, Barbecue, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, safe, wi-fi. (can be disturbed but the 5G is fine!) Guest access The house is not shared with other occupants, it is entirely at your disposition. The access road to the house is narrow but easily accessible. The road is asphalted except for 50 meters of dirt road. For those who prefer not to descend to the house, you can park above without any problem or danger. In that case you descend 50 meters on foot to the house. The descent is not recommended for sports cars that are too low. You will find all the photos of the access to the house in the listing. Please look at them carefully to make an informed decision before booking. Other things to note The swimming pool is available from the beginning of April (it will be filled with water as soon as the weather permits) until the end of October. The pool is not heated.. Dogs are welcome, but only upon prior request and after registration on Airbnb. The accommodation must be left clean, tidy, and respectful on departure Waste must be sorted according to local regulations and deposited in the designated containers in the city center.
