Aintzira is a lovely charming villa for 10 people, with a very large swimming pool, a few steps or bike ride from Estagnots beach (surfing and kite surfing) and Lake Hossegor. Large plot of 1600 m2, wooded, quiet, on a non-traffic street for a quiet vacation. The house built by a renowned architect has a lot of character. It has large exotic wooden terraces around the 14 m long infinity pool. The space You will fall in love with the Aintzira villa with its 70s character, renovated since then but with a heart to keep its character and personality. The villa has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people in total. On the ground floor, on both sides of the house, thus preserving the privacy of the occupants, you will find two very large bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet for each of the bedrooms. On the 1st floor, there are three other bedrooms: the first with a 140 cm bed, the second with two single beds and the third with two bunk beds. A bathroom with toilet completes the floor. On the living side, you will enjoy a large volume with two living areas, a desk area, a dining area and a large open and well-equipped kitchen. This living space is bathed in light morning and evening because it is very widely glazed and crossing, overlooking the large garden to the east and the huge wooden terraces surrounding the heated infinity pool to the west.
