The space Regularly updated, this is a spacious detached 4 bedroom family home in a quiet, desirable neighbourhood, built in 1970 with massive garden. Plenty of parking on front drive. It's a light, bright house with stunning views of the Isle of Arran from the large lounge. 5 min drive to the local beaches, shops and golf courses. Ideally suited for golfers, there is plenty of storage space for clubs. Luxury, super comfortable beds and bedding. One bedroom has a small en suite and two have a hand basin. Superfast Broadband (1 Gb) & Virgin 360 TV box in lounge. Gas, Electricity, Fire & Legionella compliant. Interlinked smoke alarms in all rooms. BBQ Safe There are plenty of fans around the house if hot. Warm air heating - warms house in 10 minutes if cold. USB charging points in each room. 2 spare small single camp beds if needed. I provide organic or natural vegan toiletries and eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible I always try to ensure there are basics in the fridge on arrival. Other things to note SAFETY Please be aware of open plan staircase - can slip if not wearing slippers. Paving stones outside may be uneven in places. There is a drop off the patio. Please be aware.
