Country house in a typical hamlet

Our house, an old farm, is located in the heart of the Aveyron countryside, in a small typical hamlet. It is a traditional house, built in stone and covered with lauze. Pleasant, comfortable and independent, it will welcome you in a site combining the beauty of the landscape and tranquility of the place. 3 bedrooms + a small one with a 90 cm bed. Baby bed available. The space The interior, completely renovated, offers you space and all amenities (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, large TV, gas stove...) Its large living room, with sofa and armchairs, its dining room, its kitchen, its shower room on the ground floor, and upstairs, its two large bedrooms, two other smaller ones, its other bathroom with shower and its toilet can easily accommodate 6 adults, 7 people. The exterior, with private garden, barbecue, garden table and parasol, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. Car parking spaces are also reserved for you. We can provide extra linens and towels. Guest access The house is located in the hamlet "St julien" in the municipality of Réquista. It is located: - 45 km from Albi prefecture of Tarn with its magnificent Cathedral, - 60 km from the city of Millau and its famous Viaduct, - 45 km from Rodez, prefecture of Aveyron. Other things to note Many paths, just outside the hamlet, allow you to practice hiking and mountain biking. The Tarn, 10 minutes away (Lincou), allows for fishing, swimming and water sports. About 30 km away, the large lakes of Lévezou are famous for their beauty but also for all the water activities that are practiced there (Villefranche de Panat) - In Requista, 1 km away: supermarket, post office, café, restaurant, town hall, church. All shops with large area and services. Fair and market every Thursday morning. In summer, country producers' market every week. - In the surrounding villages, markets (sometimes at night) and flea markets.
