Binyamina's joul

Our house is a private modern villa situated in one of Binyaminas pretiest and oldest neibourhood - Givat Hapoel. Situated 10 minutes drive from some of the pretiest beaches in Israel (Cesaria, Habonim, Dor Beaches), and just under the tip of the Carmel mountain, the house is surrounded with natural beauty. The house offers 4 bedrooms with 10 beds, and extra 4 mattresses. The garden has a sitting as wel as dining area. The space The house has 2 double bedroons on the ground floor (one ensuit), and the other big enough to fit a few more mattresses. Also on the ground floor a common bathroon and living roon area with an open plan kitchen. On the upper floor there are 2 big bedrooms, one with 2 single beds that opens up to 4 single beds, and the second bedroom with one single bed that opens up to 2 beds. In addition we have 4 extra mattresses for our guests to use, so in total the house can accomodate 14 guests. The house offers air condition (for cooling and heating) in all rooms and living area. It has wifi, DVD, Playstation, and satelite TV which offers a huge range of channels and VOD service in many languages (note that the israeli TV offers all programes in the original languages with Hebrew subtitles, except some programs for kids which are dubed). THe house has a big garden, including a decked area, with both shaded dining and sitting areas.
