The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with the necessary equipment for a relaxing holiday. Wi-Fi and parking space are provided. An indoor pool and sauna are directly opposite in 100 m, the nearest ski lift and bike park in 1 km. A shuttle to the ski resort runs regularly right in front of the property. The 6-party building is located opposite the tourist information with additional free parking and swimming pool as well as sauna just 100 meters away. Right in front of the house is a bus stop from which you can get to the ski resort and back again for free. Shared bicycle and ski storage! There are 3 bedrooms: 1 SZ with double bed (box-spring) and loft bed (upstairs more suitable for children or lighter adults) for together 4 people, 1 SZ with French bed 1.40 meters for 2 persons, 1 SZ with French bed 1.60 meters and extra bed 0.80 meters for together 3 persons. There is a normal coffee maker, an espresso maker, a tassimo and a Senseo machine. There is also a crib, travel cot and high chair available. Guest access Directly opposite the property in 100 meters is the new public indoor swimming pool with a separate small baby and toddler area, a waterslide and a sauna. Upon presentation of the guest card, you get a discount on the entrance price. In front of the house is a bus stop from which you can be brought back to the ski resort for free. Other things to note Tourist tax of 3€ per person/per night, not for children under 16 years, is mandatory and due upon arrival. Upon arrival, you will receive the SauerlandCard free of charge. With this you can use public transport, as well as the ski bus, for free and often receive discounts on activities and rentals. The apartment must be tidy and left swept clean upon departure. A linen package consisting of bed linen with sheets and 2 towels, a normal and a large bath towel, costs €25 per person and is optional. The beds are not made on arrival. You are welcome to bring your own sheets (also sheets!) and towels. Sheets 180 x 200, 160 x 200, 140 x 200 and for the remaining beds each 100 x 200 cm. Use of the beds without sheets and covers is not permitted! These costs are to be paid in cash in addition to the Airbnb costs upon arrival. The minimum stay during the holidays is 3 nights. Christmas Eve and holidays separate check-in times. There is no winter service of the parking! Animal husbandry is not allowed! A total of 2 keys will be handed over. For a booking of 3 - 5 people, only 1 - 2 bedrooms will be prepared and offered. Allergy sufferers: Over 7 years ago, a cat lived in the apartment! Check-in is between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm at the latest and check-out by 10:00 am. Late and early check-in and also late check-out are only possible by prior arrangement and availability and may incur additional costs. Check-in can be done on weekdays after 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm at the latest, on weekends also earlier if available. Please arrange a time a few days before!
